Then comes the cylinder head

APE has been selected as the engine components supplier for Custom bike builder Duane Ballard’s latest chopper built around the iconic Honda CB750 sohc. Ballard’s first Honda chopper was featured on the cover of Street Choppers Magazine.
This edition has an 836cc motor with Wiseco pistons and WebCam. APE Ultra Crankshaft assembly featuring Pro Street billet connecting rods.

This cylinder head is an APE big valve race ported package. APE is the only company building these race heads that also manufacturers all of the components they use.

This head features our stainless steel valves, originally developed for use in the RC Engine top fuel bikes being restored to run again. Bronze performance valve guides, performance valve springs and titanium valve spring retainers.

The CB750 is well worth the parts! It's a correction of what Honda missed to do from the very beginning. An old head need to get the seats cut + some new valves + guides anyway.
Lightened alternator must be in the package too?

Here is the finished product, less carbs and ignition.

Duane Ballards Honda CB750 enging for his new project. This bike will be in the Born Free motorcycle show next month. 836cc Wiseco pistons, Web Cams, APE lightened and race balance crankshaft fitted with APE Pro Street billet connecting rods. Full race APE cylinder head with Stainless valves, springs and titanium retainers.

I showed the crankshaft with the Prostreet billet rods and the cylinder head. What else did you want to see?
