I believe the term for clothing with intentional holes and such is "pre-distressed". I prefer to distress clothes, people, beercans myself.

Yea it has the chrome. I can "scuff" it. I just wanted the chrome like OFF, off...... I really have no idea how I'm gonna roll a new edge on the fender after I cut it...

Ink since your painting the fender maybe you can reuse the bobbed part after its cut ott, just trim the fender enough to add the cutoff lip back back(overlap the metal for extra strength instead of a butt weld) on and still be able to give it that bobbed look, a little putty for the seams and volia.
Don't use bondo though I will get the name of the flexible stuff we use here its super badd, bondo will work until you get a good rock that comes up and hits it from the under side you will be like

ON that note you might as well get some of that rubberized undercoat and hit the under side of the fender when its all done and ready for assembly and give the rocks and debris a bumper pad before the stuff hits metal and gives you an invereted dimple.

Dook can I dry hump those for a bit before you install them?

Ink I wanted to keep the rolled edge on my front fender when I bobbed it but most of mine is gonna stay chrome with a tribal stripe in the middle and pinstriped with some red paint that will match my caliper paint so no lip for me, that is why I bobbed the front and back of it so it would match, I have also seen several old HD's that had this treatment and after you get past missing the continuous rolled edge the withdraw effect goes away...
The big piece came off the front and the little one came off the back, I did keep these just in case I find something to do with them later.
