Our city is becoming a scooter town. The little cc ones to save on gas. Im seeing a trend with a lot of riders that bugs me. Followed one earlier for a mile or 2, & they were going the speed limit of 35 but kept the bike all the way to the right of the road like they were on a bicycle. Almost right up to the curb. Other cars were passing them like they were a bicycle too. Its a legal motorcycle that is required the same rules as the bigger bikes: helmets, tags, license, etc. so why dont they stake their ground on the road and ride like they belong. Maybe intimidation, dont know. My dad taught me as a youngster that when we rode bicycles together on the road to assume your lane at the necessary times and make yourself seen by others, but ride like NOBODY SEES YOU. Thanx dad, probably why Im still here.
Sorry to make complete sentences on the shameless board..............
