CB750K2 - what are the correct front indicator lights?
« on: January 16, 2007, 06:01:35 am »
At the moment my K2 dosent have front indicator lights and dosent have holes in the fork ears to screw them in (unlike my K4 which does). I do have a bracket under the fork ears to allow the screw in type of indicator stem. Does anyone know which style of indicator stems is correct for the K2 -the threaded end stem or the stem with the little right-hand angle piece. Looking at the K2 parts diagram it gives both styles - but cant tell which one is front or back. Any help? And does it really matter?

cheers
Andy

K2 should have small blinkers with single fillament bulbs (NO running light) short chrome stem that screw into the headlight bucket to ear mount nuts inside the bucket.

Ah thanks Teal for the pic - yes thats what I was needing to now. Im ordering some clear lenses (with orange bulbs) and shorty stems (from yamiya750.com) to go on the cafe K2 and wanted to make sure I had the right thing. Much appreciated.

cheers

Great photos KG and what a nice bike!! And I can see very clearly now the position of the indicator stems - I had no idea they were supposed to hold the headlight in place like that. Much appreciated. im glad I ordered the shorty stems now!

Cheers
