Started riding in 1970 on a 67 250 HD sprint $350-New 72 650 Yamaha $1,313 otd which I rode it up to knievels snake river jump sept 74 then sold upon returning to purchase a friends 74 cb750 for $1,500-new 75 gl1000 in 76 $2,650-1979 used 78 gl with 1,900 miles $2,300-new 80 gl1100 standard $4,300-1982 used 81 1100 interstate $ 4,000-new 84 gl1200A $7,850-1986 used gl1200 ltd $6,000-1988 used 79 kz1300 $,1600-new 89 gl1500 $10,750 -new 93 1500A $13,000-1996 used 91 1500A $7,800 and one 74 cb750 busted restoration project I'm parting out plus 12 wings in stash 2018 :<)

High school buddy paid $1,300 otd for his new 72 750.

Thanks MD..just an 800 sq ft shop where I keep my best ones.

My grandparents are buried in Thief River Falls. He was an engineer for the Soo Line railroad 40's 50's. My folks lived in Minneapolis and were married there in 46. Father graduated from the University of Minneapolis in 49 then moved to calif in 50. I purchased my mint 49 cadillac fastback from Hooked on Classics MN in 87, which sold new from Warren Cadillac in Minneapolis :<)

FYI, Russ Jr and his brother David are restoring the triple in your state.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)
