I don't know anything about it for starters. If we were to have a common area would it be possible to have a group swap meet area? I have a bunch of stuff I could load up.
The organizers frown upon selling stuff outside the swap meet. That doesn't mean you won't see bikes with a "For Sale" sign on them all over the place. Parts, different story.
On the outside of turn 13, the "Carousel" is a pole barn, called the "Honda Pavillon". The ICOA (CBX club) usually has that reserved. This year, however, there is a common activity in an infield tent with the VJMC, celebrating 40yrs CBX and 50 years CB750SOHC, so they do not have it. Usually, there is nothing else going on in there. It can make a nice spot to meet, there is plenty of seating space and it can also provide shelter from the usual "day of rain" during the event. There is a bike show, normally on Saturday.
Be careful to bring a non-street legal pit bike to ride around on. You will see a few anyway, but technically, it is not allowed. All bikes operated on the premises must be registered and insured for liability reasons. The cops have been known to clamp down ever so often. Especially, when the clowns on the dirt bikes fly full throttle through the service roads.
