CBX seat cover
« on: May 31, 2019, 11:06:48 PM »
The cover on the Honda replacement seat I bought for my CBX twin-shock in the 90's split.  I bought a replacement cover from Wemoto for $54.76 + $10.00 postage, and an Arrow JT-21CM stapler from Bunnings Warehouse for $38.75, and I was ready to go.  Out of 10, I'd rate the difficulty of the job as 7.5, but with patience & perseverance, it turned out looking pretty good:

The (Melbourne, Australia) weather forecast showed no rain, so despite it being around 12 degrees celsius (54 Fahrenheit), I rode the CBX to work today.  It likes the cool weather.  Sorry for the crappy photos, I really need to get a phone with a good camera!

Also, I was recently having a sook to my wife about the fact that I last bought a motorcycle over 25 years ago, so she bought me this:
