Does anyone sell a similar non-adhesive wiring harness wrap that is as nice as the oem?

I used this on my most recent harness refurb:

It is more glossy than the original wrap, but the original may have been dulled by 40 years of exposure. No gooey/sticky adhesive to deal with, just plain wrap.

I used a wrap or two of this at the ends to hold it in place:

Has it held up ok for you in the Fl heat for a few years? The bike I will be using it on will be parked outside 24/7 in the CA heat.I have tried using just adhesive electrical tape but it will lose it's stickiness after a while and begin unraveling.
That factory tape is nice,and the way they wrap it.. real tough to match

So far so good. I've used standard electrical tape in the past and the sticky goo it leaves behind is a mess. The wrap I linked to above worked really well and does not have any sticky adhesive to deal with. Had to do some soul searching to spend nine dollars on a roll of tape, but I'm glad I did. The second link is a silicone tape that actually fuses to itself and also seems to be holding up better than plain electrical tape for terminating the ends of the wrap.

I know this is an old post, but do you remove the old wire harness wrap/sheathing first, or just go over it with this stuff?  This is my first time restoring a wiring harness.  Mine is in fairly good condition for its age '73.  Thanks!
