Hello guys,
I recently picked up a Honda CB500 Four from Germany.
The guy who sold it to me took the bike apart and had already restored and painted most of the parts.
There are also some brand new parts included, such as wheels.
I will try to post pictures on a regular basis, but since the bike is not (yet) at my usual workshop, I won't be working on it too much in the near future.
Also this is the first bike I'll be building from parts up, so I expect to run into some difficulties on the way
Tips and tricks are always welcome!
A thing I already noticed is that the 4 exhausts need to be repaired. Some small dents and holes, and in at least one of them there is/are loose parts in it (it makes a sound when you rotate it).
Can these be repaired, or do I have to look for replica pipes?
I can't wait to get started on the bike!
