First time poster here, trying to find some parts and get some advice, thanks for any help...
Took apart the carbs on my 1977 CB550, bought a rebuild kit which works great, but there are two items in particular that seem to be worn out and in need of replacing which are not included in the kit(s).
1) The little plastic "clips" that go on the choke rod adjacent to the butterfly valve. One of these cracked during removal, and I may try to just fix it, but a new part would be preferred.
2) The felt or cloth o-rings on carbs 1 and 4 that sit where the throttle shaft enters the carb. On carbs 2 and 3 these o-rings are rubber, but on carbs 1 and 4 they are some sort of cloth material and are completely worn out.
Having difficulty finding any kind of a part number or description of these anywhere. As I'm slowly learning, half the battle is learning what the darn thing is called first before you can find it... any help would be appreciated!
