Has anyone who has gone up from 17t to 18t had clearance issues? There's not a whole lot of spare real estate in there. Even with cover off, I have only bit more than 1/8" in ... I ground the case insides a bit at the closest touch point, flat-topped the gearshift post a bit, modiified that steel guard plate inside the cover a little, all just to be on the safe side, but I'm not super confident about it.
Anyone has experience to share, I'd be grateful.
