Made a few changes to the suspension on the bike over this past weekend. I had assistance from one of our forum members that stopped by for an overnight visit. George Schuld was gracious enough to lend a hand in helping me remove, and adjust the shock and the pivot links. I believe we now have the shock soft enough to allow the bike to squat which aids in transferring the weight upon launching the bike. I should be able to leave a lot harder now in order to lower the 60' times. I feel I can drop the short time at least a tenth over my first pass of 1.53 seconds. My goal is to get a consistent 1.30 sixty foot time out of this monoshock set up in hope's of seeing a low 6.20 pass in the 1/8th mile. Looks like I'll be tied up this weekend due to the unfortunate death and funeral of Gladys sister, so it might be a few weeks before I can hit the track again.
Thanks again for hanging out with me in the shop George. We enjoyed the visit.
