Our good friend Noel from O'Canada stated it as a place for people with similar intrests (bikes-cafe-etc) to chit-chat, post pics, ask for advice, etc... Allot of people from this board (including myself) have allready signed up, You should too !

Looks like an interesting place. Do you have to use Photobucket to post pictures? Are there any other leaking old goats, or would I be the only one?

Dunno about that site so this is not a comment on it.

I for one hate having to stash pictures somewhere to post them on a forum.

I know it causes glenn untold headaches with server space but this forum rocks with regard to photos.

You guys act like uploading pics to Photobucket is a chore or something.

1. You register (for free) at http://www.photobucket.com
2. You upload your pics (real simple)
3.Then when you want to post a pic you click the "IMG" link and you are done

Photobucket doesn't half make your life easier if you frequent several forums, you only have to put our pics up once that way, and it makes Glenn's life easier because he doesn't have to keep going and buying more and bigger servers.

Some nice people on that forum. They actually have members of the female persuasion.

I use photobucket here and other forums to save server space. Might as well employ some free services that are out there. Plus photobucket is pretty much painless to use.

That is Jesse James (West Coast Choppers) coupe he cruises around Long Beach California with.
He dropped the floor so he can actually drive it with that chop..

Well Bub, I've tried 4 times to register but I guess my eyes are too bad to make out the secret letters. I have tried the "listen to the letters" option and just end up with a white screen. No way that I can see to ask for help, so you youngsters enjoy yourselves.

No Kidding! It took me about 6 times. The auditory letter call only hits the first 3 letters too.

Hey guys - I'm not necessarily a leaking ol' goat, but I'm getting there

I actually set up the site, and will have a look at the registration woes you've mentioned. Shouldn't be happening. I deliberately chose the Simple Machines Forum software based on my +++ experiences over the years with the SOHC4 site.

You can post pics on the server, or link through Photobucket (or any other service). You can also link directly to Youtube videos which is kind of fun.

We have 1TB of storage space, and allowance for 1,000,000 MB of transfer each month. Web hosting has gotten cheap over the years. So loads of storage and bandwidth (we've only tranmitted 1,000MB in the first week of being online).

If anyone has trouble registering, just drop me a line and we can hook you up with a temp password that you can change later. In the meantime I'm going to test out the registration process.

OOG! I see what you mean about the stupid test letter images. They suck! And the auditory sucks too. I'll see what I can about that! We'd probably have 500 members by now if those worked better.

I've also disabled the visual verification in the registration. I think it's the GIF's against the dark background, and I can't find the GIF files to edit them (not sure how that whole bit works).

You copy the image code that's under the picture in your photobucket gallery, then paste it into your post on whichever forum you are on. Dead easy
