Shortening forks CB550
« on: February 24, 2020, 08:46:14 AM »
I’m going the spacer and cut spring route. Question on the spacer. Would a copper spacer react and corrode in contact with steel or will the fork oil prevent that? I was going to use pvc but the outside diameter will not allow it to slide inside the fork tube.

Copper is used as a seal on fork drain bolts.  And other steel parts.
