If  that distance collar is not yet back in the wheel, can you measure length with calipers?

It's amazing how fast you old guys turn these bikes around. I remember seeing the original post in march and thinking wow I would love a complete K0 in buckets. Would probably take me a couple years though, not a couple months.

Maybe time for reverse engineering?
Take a good looking sandcast and rebuild it to the look that this bike has with longer fork, repainted etc etc...
