Covid-19 Build-off
« on: March 26, 2020, 07:04:46 pm »
Well, it seems like many of us have more time on our hands (at home) than we're used to having.  Perfect time to get wrenching and building!!

Roland Sands Design is sponsoring #covidvirusbuildoff giving away some prize money.  Get your projects going and you might even win some lucre.

We, here, also have the Bike of the Month contest and YES there are some quarterly prizes too, sponsored by IKON and Restocycle!

So, let's see those builds come along.  Just see how Scott S materializes a killer bike out of leftovers (sweep the floor build) for some inspiration!!

I'm still reporting to work. If they told me to stay home for a couple of weeks I'd finish the Honda AND the Suzuki! Don't threaten me with time off!!

Our physical office is closed as it is deemed non-essential.  After a week, I am still acclimating to work at home.

Build off is a good idea we have them every year over at https://ratrodbikes.com/forum/index.php I'm XC204 on there also. This site has been inspiration to crank up my project. I've only been working from home for two days and by Thursday I took a vacation day :) stay safe out there.

I think that Roland Sands build off ends this Sunday.  Post some photos on instagram with the hashtag. You might win some $$
