K2 head on k1 engine

Can anyone tell me if a cb 750 K2 head will fit on a K1 engine?

It should and it will look correct.. if its 72.

I'll be buying from a breakers so although it is advertised as a k2, I know they import from the U.S. so there's a chance it could be k2,3,4,5 or 6. Will they fit as well?
