Slow progress. I bought an empty hub and all the little parts are priced like they are made of gold. So I make all the collars etc.

Started making a trigger wheel. Will be a 24 tooth wheel. Next is to mark and drill holes for small magnets. But I need to get the hall sensor so I know where to put the magnets.

What's your plans for the front? Swapping forks and brakes out or doing some custom mods to adapt a hub?

I have a cb750 hub from a -78 (I think). I’ll keep my forks. Installed gold valves recently.
I did some measurments and it’s a 6x80mm bolt circle. After som searching I found that fzr600 rotors should fit. The dream would be Ducati 1000 Sport classic Brembo calipers. Very thin but expensive. Probably go with cbr600 calipers with some adapter plates.

Have done a prototype for a new trigger cover. Not shure if I should try and cast in aluminium or make one in carbon. Will have to make a new version where sensor is rotated 180 degrees.

I take it you are making that because the new trigger wheel requires more clearance then the stock cover provides?
Given the choice between aluminum or carbon, I'm thinking the aluminum could likely handle more abuse in the event of a tip-over.

So hard to work during winter. Space is very limited.. Anyway! Have to make some new spacers to center the 750 hub. 6,5mm off center.

How are things moving along for you, with the spoked wheels? Can't wait to see a picture when it's back on wheels again. I'm very curious to see how it affects overall visual impression.
