Topic: Gas cap repair

Hey folks,

Had the little swoopy doo-dad on top of my gas cap fall off today.  It's the thing that keeps the key hole covered while you're riding.  Anybody know if this can be repaired? I've never disassembled a gas cap and I'd rather do without the cover thing than destroy mine.

 Technically its actually called that little sliding whatyoumightcallit gas cap thing of a bob key cover doo-hickey thing. Geez
