Topic: Wheel assembly like the Honda express wheel 2.25 x 14

I'm building a 3 wheel from very old plans.  (California Commuter)
The plans call for a "Honda express moped wheel, brake 2.25 x 14 wheel assembly".   Being 30+ years old, they are hard to come by.
Can anyone recommend a similar replacement from this century?
