What do these mean?

I have always wondered what these letters designate.
1. CB
2. "K" & "F" as in 550F
3. "E" as in CB200E
4. "S" as in CB125S
5. I know that "C" as in CB750C stands for custom (I owned one)
I'm sure that there are more.  I just can't think of them right now.

CB = Cool Bike  8)
The K is a designation for the model type
The F`s were usually sportier styling ,shorter wheelbase, 4-1 exhaust.
E is part of the Engine serial number
T as in 400T is a Twin cylinder
S??

CB refers to the bike being a sports model.

K&F refer to model type.

E means engine.

S as in CB125S I think refers to it being a single.

And as you say, Lots more!.
