spark advancer freeplay

How much play is acceptable in the pin that locates the spark advancer?  Also (cb750k1) are ther supposed to be rubber stoppers on the spark advancer assembly like on the 450's?-thanks-lefty

I recall very little play in any of mine.

No rubber stopper that I saw.
