Slow jet ID for a 1978 cb750K

Im looking to replace my slow jet on my 1978 cb750k, I thought the 1978 had a push in jet. this is what i have, im looking to go with a 40 or 42 slow jet and 30 main jets as im going to run pod filters, so not sure the correct jets to0 purchase

Thats not a jet its a mixture screw and should have a spring, plain washer and O ting on it
