1 carb leaking overflow please help!

I have tried everything, OEM needle and seat, nee floats, float level adjusted, the seats have New O-ring that came with them! 3 of the carbs are perfect! One leaks and I’m about to pull my hair out!

Found it!!! The over flow tube in the bowl has a split in it!!!!! I feel so dumb!

Had the same frustration a few weeks ago. Smoothed down the crack with some fine sanding cloth, fluxed and soldered it over. Heated with a small propane torch (extremely low flame) and “painted” on a thin layer of solder. It’s working!

I wonder what causes that crack?? Condensation freezing? Weird.....
