I would like to change my coil on my cb750 1974 and i was wondering if i can use coil from a gl 1000 ?
i want to use these coil because i can change the wire.

Not GL1000 as they used 9v ballasted coils!

Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

I just put on some dyna s coils that are meant for this bike.i got them new for a reasonable price and the leads just pull out and push in.
