Honda CB650C Tachometer Ratio?

I've seen mixed answers on the web but no source for the answers. Can anyone here definitively tell me (or point me to a resource) what the ratio is for the tachometer?

650 and 750 are 4:1 ratio. The rest of the bikes (350,400,500,550) are 20:3 ratio. It's in the FAQ's somewhere.
