It's kinda sad that a "mechanical engineer" A) doesn't know how a carb works, but more importantly, B) uses terms like "turny thing" and "floppy-do". I had to stop watching it there.
But then I went back and skipped ahead, because I liked the idea of actually seeing the carb in action. Because I skipped ahead, I may have missed it, but I'm surprised it worked at all, given I didn't see a vent for the fuel bowl. Fuel ain't coming in if the displaced air doesn't have an escape route.
Not bad.
