I conversed with Bob on the Greenspun forum, and later as moderator on this great place. We had one or more 'friendly-discussion' sessions about correctness on early CB750s. RIP and I'm sure we'll meet again ;)

I'm sorry to hear about Bob. I didn't know him personally but through this forum we discovered we were both at Mosport racetrack in the late 70's to see & hear a Honda RC166 do laps. Reading each others description of the sound of that bike brought us together. He's a Cool guy.
