Throttle spring

   Has anyone come up with a fix for the high-effort throttle spring(s) on the '77-'78 750's ?
   Any help is appreciated.

I found that using a larger grip size was a good way to gain a bit of mechanical advantage - resulting in an easier twist and less chance of cramping. The black foam with chome from vintagecb750 was a good fit. Not original look but comfort wins out...

On my K6, 750 I replaced the heavy stock spring with one I found at the big box store.  Same length/diameter but lighter weight.  Greatly reduced grip effort but still has enough force to close the throttle fully when the grip is released.
