77 750K PD carb issues

My 77 will not crank. Photo shows throttle place with choke fully close. Accelerator pump is also not squirting fuel. If i push the plates fully closed with my finger it will fire. Any suggestions. Would like to swap to the earlier version carbs like my 75

Fix your accelerator pump and adjust your choke cable.
