Head and cylinders milled, should I be concerned about head gasket or o-rings?

In the process of top end rebuild.
I had the head and cylinder milled, each .003" for a total of .006".
Should I be concerned about head gasket and 0-rings?
I have a Vesrah top end gasket set.
Thanks for any insight.

Should be fine at yhat BUT slide head on with steel knock pins(dowels) in place to make sure they do not bottom out in the holes.
