if I can get the original smoothed out to cast it might be another one to start making

its getting better but still have some work on this one
going to blast with some clear to dull the edges and fill in everything
been looking at the bottom inside where the gates are figure ill try those so I dont have to sand anything

while I was at it, decided to get that last fin on the starter cover too
also fill in the edges to sand and make a rolling edge on both sides

the front hole went a little big but the gasket keeps it sealed up

went and did practice cast to see how the valleys in the fins looked

there is still some droopage in three of them but it is better than what it looked like
going to keep filing down on those and retry again

the front looks pretty wicked not exactly like the one the customer has pics of but still good
I might try and cast another to have it all sandcasted and not sanded
