Smith brothers an Farthrow frame and girder.  Engine was stuck but got it loose and running.  Been ridden about 15 minutes to begin shake down time.
36 years of this stuff, here to help.

Looks very nice and triple disc brakes!   Why dont you give us some history on the bike? Did you just get it or had it a long time??

The seating position would work for a run at the Drag strip too.
