Anybody have a tip on removing roller pin on shift assembly? K1. Tried vice grips can’t get a bite.

Are they the ones on the end of the shift drum, and the shift drum is still in the bike?

You may be able to grab around it from the end and tighten onto it with a small chuck, like on a Dremel, hand drill, pin vise, or tap handle.

You need to bite into the side of the roll pin.  Vise grips just squish it.  Try side cutters.
