Replacing Comstar front bearings

Hi friends,

I have my front Comstar off and aim to clean it up and replace the bearings.

However, I'm so far too stupid to figure it out. The axle is still in and I'm not sure how to remove it, and I'm not sure how to remove the speedo drive. I have the cable off, obviously.
