73 CB350 CARB KITS
« on: February 03, 2024, 12:35:11 PM »
I assume since its a twin this is the proper forum. My problem is that the right spark plug fouls the rich black fuzzy way in less than half a mile. I suspect the tiny orings on the two jets and the rubber plugs are leaking and allowing way too much fuel through. That being said my question is are there any known sizes for those tiny orings? And how about therubber plugs?
What is the best kits to buy to be certain i get those tiny orings? I have been looking on Ebay but a lot of them dont show those orings. Cn i beg the masses to post links to exctly what kit to buy to be sure i get everything i need?  Thanks in asdvance, Chuck.

In my CB350 and CB360 I used the kits from https://4into1.com/.
But I only used the o-rings and gaskets. I kept the original Keihin brass jets and needles.

Hello Chuck,
I'll relate my experience with my old 350 in hopes that it might help.
I'd gotten the old girl running after it had spent years in a field and initially right cylinder
wasn't pulling like the left.
The hole that the seat fits in in the carb body was pitted and allowing fuel past the o ring making fuel height unpredictable.
If it's worth doing at all it's worth over-doing.
