Intake Manifold ID?
« on: June 30, 2024, 01:35:03 pm »
Sorting parts to finish my Sandcast project. Came across these four rubber manifolds. All four are stamped with a tiny “410”. Individually stamped 1,2,3, and 4. Anyone know what cb750 they belong too? The 410 suggests 1977/78 cb750F?

Yep. Those are the ones for the 77/78 "F" bikes. They don't fit the K1-K6 nor the K7/8.

That’s what the ones I have look like mounted on the bikes..
Bigger for the PD carbs and Very short and abrupt turns. Not smooth like the ones for the round tops..
The F0 and F1’s had 16211-300-030 and 16212-300-030 part numbers like the 750k round tops did.
Instead of having the 392 number in the middle like most of the F0&F1 parts do…?

77k 78k

16211-405-000
16212-405-000
16213-405-000
16214-405-000

All listed as unavailable

77F 78F

16211-410-000
16212-410-000
16213-410-000
16214-410-000

All listed as unavailable

Only ones shown as available from Honda are the round top 16211-300-030 and 16212-300-030  2) each required at $34.32 & 35.86 each,  respectively.
8 each required, new insulator band clamps show available @ $14.55 each… Partzilla…?

Interesting. I’ve never had a 1977/78 F so these must have come with spare engines that accompanied the Rickman CR.

In very nice shape. Anyone need them?

I do in fact John. I'm picking up a 78 F and a K3, both projects, in a week or 2. And possibly a 77 F from another guy.
