I have no idea what speed my idle is set to, but a tach is in the mail.

Keep in mind that 50 year old gauges may not be super accurate, could be off by 10%. I set my idle by "ear"

Your ears are most likely better than mine, they have been abused by loud bikes, race cars and rock concerts!!!
