It was love at first sight and I just have to have a nerd flap of my own. It arrived from Rome today where I acquired from Vespa dealer. I'm busy polishing it with a fine chamois so install pics will have to wait.  :)

Hey guys, you don't go to Hooters for the chicken wings... I don't care what to tell your wife. I can smell the lusting for my dweeb flap all the way to Oregon and would appreciate it if you would tone it down a little... we have a mixed group here. :-\

It's kinda like a Nash Rambler... the damn thing is so ugly you have to love it.

The dweeb flap actually has a Honda part# but I've only seen this mounted on bikes in Italy.

Ahh yes.. the Euro-model mudflap.

I always wondered why there was a hole in the rear fender of my CB750... That's what it's for.

And, I finally found out that there was a plug in that hole at one time when the bike was new. Finally replaced it for that stock look...

Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.

Exactly right, Dan. The rubber nub in the hole below plate lines up perfectly with center hole on dweeb flap. Previously I surmised the nub was a bumper for bottom of larger Euro plate.

For the 500: Mudguard, rear fender #80121-300-731 for K0 and #80121-323-630 for K2

The thing I really like about the Euro bike are the short stems on rear winkers. I've already tossed my bumper and cut, drilled and ground my stems to get the same effect.

My *front* fender looks like it had a flap that was cut off.
