can anyone tell me if a 1978 3 point case guard will fit a 1976 cb750f s.s frame?

update question: will  a 71-75 cb550 case guard mounting points be the same as as a '76 cb750f?

 It should fit right up no problem.

Hey there keepit  yeah you might have to put in longer bolt underneith the one that runs through the frame and engine  I use threaded rod works just fine  god luck seven fifty four ever Craig in Maine

Probably not.  The guards are intended to mount (on the 750's that I've seen) to the engine bolts and since they're different.....

thanks alot, there is a set on ebay for a 550 frame. oh well, i'll keep looking or buy the two points from tas motorsports.
