When you have entered text in the input box, to the lower-left you will see "Additional Options." Click on that and it willl open some check boxes as well as a bold heading "Attach:". To the right of the input field is a Browse button. Use it to locate a pic file on your system to upload. Then hit Post.  Keep the individual image file sizes to 80KB or less.

upload your pics to your albums there

paste the IMG links in your posts - this is what the link looks like (changed brackets from [ to { so you could see it)
