The old Sohc4 keys are quite simple. Any locksmith sould be able to make a duplicate

reggi if you tell us city some one in that city may know where to get keys.
since you said you dont have original key you cant just go into a locksmith and get key cut you either need them mold lock witch is expensive, or need find a place that has the old honda key punch and the keycode book.

Any experienced locksmith can cut your key by hand with a file without disassembling the lock. Here in TJ it'll cost you around 15-30 bucks.

On the lock there is a number, give him the number. Or just give the number to your Honda-stealer he sould be able to order the matching key.

ontario cycle salvage in toronto has the keycode book and the keypunch so can make them on the spot just by dialing in the keycode.

I had mine made at a local locksmith, and the Honda Dealers and some others can do it.
