We have a similar problem at my place of employment.

We employ thousands of people in our call centres all over the UK.

Unfortunately, most are foreigners and when the caller asks to be transfered to a UK call centre, they don't believe they are already connected to one ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D.
