Guys,
Shoganai, one of the great long distance riders, is getting ready, with a lot of other riders, to do a 50CC Iron Butt ride for a group whose charity is the Special Wish Foundation. The idea is to ride from Jacksonville, Fla. to San Diego in 50 hours or less. This group, Hoagy's Heroes, has collected ten's of thousands of dollars for special kids on prior rides.
Her goal is to collect $8,000 bucks and she is well on her way. If you read some of the stories of her prior rides on the advrider site, you will see she is a very capable and well liked lady. She is trying to spread the word to other motorcycle sites, so I am posting here.
I would love to do a ride like this, but I would probably croak by Texas.
