Can anyone recommend a shop in NOVA?

for classic cb350 work? as well as for tires and general accessories/service?

I have sent an email to a guy I bought my Tracy from in Nova Scotia.  He had a lot of bikes.
I will let you know his response when I get one.

I don't check this area anywhere near often enough.  I mostly stay in the SOHC4, Other Bikes, And Open forums.

I have lived inside the beltway all my 50 years.  I worked for Coleman for about 12 years.  I know they won't touch an older bike in the service dept..  They are basically good people, and the parts dept is happy to sell you parts for older bikes.  You might try Crossroads Cycles at Baileys Crossroads.  They were a Kawasaki Dealer until about 1985, and then about 10 years after that the owner retired and sold the business.  They've been an independent shop ever since.
