       I was doing just fine and then I came across this on ebay! I mean this thing's at $340 now with alittle over 2 days left! A 73' 450 motor that is ready for some action. Ya just might as well shoot me and put me out of my misery!

          The first part of your response is what I really need to do. I can, in no way afford the price this sucker is going to get to. I've got too many other irons in the fire. I forgot to post the ebay listing too.

How on earth did that engine come off a running bike, as-is and not be a restored mill?

I'd like to see the rest of the bike if the engine was that nice.

        I hear ya, I can only imagine about the rest of the bike. Also, I'm wondering WHY someone would take it apart. I know the money is pretty good for parts but, I sure couldn't do it. I guess if I was desperate, I might though.

        That 450 motor sold for $995 and had 23 bids on it! There's no telling how high it would have gone if I had of had some bucks to use to try to get it! "Can anybody say Sky High?

        Also, there was a 68' CB450 gas tank that would have made a nice addition to a 450 build, that went for $201 with 3 bids.
