I'd hate to see it go to waste. Please contact the seller and see if he's still got it. Sure its a BIG project, or just parts, but someone needs a good frame. I won the auction for $10 and the guy won't ship just the frame because of what I won the auction for, but what ever. Just don't let it go to waste. You can probably pick it up for the $10 I bid.

That stinks. As a seller you take a chance on ebay that you might not get what you want for an item. You won it fair and square. He should ship it.

I'm in akron, oh about 50 miles from youngstown.  I would easily pick it up for $10 but in all likelyhood, I bet this guy is just going to keep it and back out of any deal entirely.

Actually I don't blame the guy. If it were a wheel or the forks, maybe. He has to take everything off the frame, prepare it for shipping, then get it shipped off.

I'd just ask for a refund and save the guy some grief.  It would probably cost you at least $75 to have it shipped anyway.

I had this happen to me a few times on some bike parts. Start it out at $0.99 and that's where it ends. I should have just thrown it in the garbage can. Now I start things off at a minimum of $10. If it doesn't meet that it goes in the garbage or "Free Box" for the next swap meet.
