Combustion Chamber

I am in the process of cleaning the cylinder head from 76 750k.  I was wondering what people use or recommend using to clean out the combustion chambers?

Simple Green/brass brush.

a dremel and brass brush attachment does well for me. try to avoid the valve seats. gives the chamber a nice polish too.
