Problem Posting a brochure, HELP!
« on: December 29, 2007, 02:41:45 PM »

I found this 1956 Indian/Enfield Brochure and can't seem to get to where I can post it. Any assistance would be appreciated. ;)
      http://www.re-indian.com/56catalogue.html

I mean, I can do individual pictures but, I'd like to be able to show the whole brochure without someone having to "Click on it"!

Here's a picture of a 1956' Indian Woodsman, from it, like my Grandfather's last motorcycle that he had.

                             Thanks,  Bill :) ;)

Thanks Chris, that'll work. Just wanted folks (who might be interested) to see just what was some of the bikes I grew up around.
The 1st one (the 250cc Fire Arrow) was what my Dad put on my Grandmother's back porch, took it out of the crate and proceeded to make it look as much like the 500cc Woodsman (the 2nd one), as possible and did quite a respectable job! Ever since 1955' when the Trailblazer came out, I've always admired that bike and wanted one. As soon as I was big enough, I helped take them out of the crates,  they were made of real wood and were actual enclosed boxes back then, putting them together (the handlebars, front fender, front wheel and foot rests were off of them) and clean them up, getting the cosmoline off and washing them up real good and drying them to prep them for the showroom floor. The Trailblazer was the hottest one of them until the Apache came out in 57'. It was claimed to be able to run 130mph and cost $1200! Only pictures I can find so far are 59' models and I didn't like them because (for some dumb reason) they actually attached the rear fender to the swingarm and it went up and down with the rear wheel! ::) Totally ruined the bike's look, in my opinion!

                                 Later on, Bill :) ;)
