At a guess, I'd say it's a Lancia.

Not sure to be honest...I bought this bike. Fell in love with it when I saw it on Benjie's site at http://www.benjiescaferacer.com/home.html and then it came up for sale on ebay, I happened to have some cash at the time and bought it. I come from a scootering background (Vespas/Lambrettas) so haven't built a motorcycle yet. Shopping for a Yammie SR500 that I can build myself. Something similar to what these guys do... http://www.deus.com.au/shop/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=11

Yes, I found him (the PO) on this forum as well and had read the previous threads on the bike. There are some things I would like to do to the bike...but it will have to wait until I finish some suspension mods to my Triumph. Plus I spent all my extra cash on the bike itself...need to regenerate before I can spend more money on it.

Hi, new member here. I live south of Boston and have had this 1976 CB550F for about 3 years. I bought this to replace one I had 14 years ago. GREAT BIKE! Shiny Orange! SO 70'S!

Cheers, Phil

Here's mine, a 1971 Honda CB 500. Just took it on the road today after nut&bolt renovation and it runs great. Bought it in Germany from a colleague, cost me 500 Euros and about the same amount of hours and almost a marriage ;D

Benefits? Huge... Reliability, solidity, solitude, meditation, contemplation, frustration, satisfaction, you name it! Lots of feelings!

Add my '74 550K. An eBay purchase with just under 10 thou on the meter. A nice example with a few small items I plan to address. Has Dyna ignition, mystery exhaust (MAC?), and pods. I planned the Cafe route but decided against it. I will install 400F bars and get my hands on or build a 'Sport Buddy' styled seat at some point. I'll take better pictures when I get around to buying a real camera.

Note the PO installed muffler bracket to the swing arm has been corrected!

76cb550.  all stock except clubmans and paint.  this bike just got backed into and knocked over.  the guy who hit it came and found me.  his insurance totaled it out based on the cost of a new chrome trim ring for the speedo and a new gas tank...bike was bought for 900 dollars 3 years ago by me, insurance paid me out 1400 last month...amazing! lee.

ps i have a 350f on that registry aswell with a little more work done to it.  this is my baby, cant cut her up..
